Payouts
When publisher earnings become payable, the minimum payout, how to request a payout, statements, and how reversals after a payout are handled.
How earnings move
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The advertiser reported the conversion but hasn't confirmed it. Not in your balance. |
| On hold | Approved. In your balance, but the advertiser can still reverse it. |
| Payable | 30 days have passed since the conversion. It can be paid out. |
| Being paid | Included in a payout we are sending. |
| Paid out | Included in a payout we have sent. |
The Earnings page shows every conversion and its stage, including the date an on-hold conversion becomes payable.
Getting paid
- Under Payouts, choose a payout method and enter the account details. Double-check them: we send money exactly where they say.
- When at least $50 is payable, press Request payout.
- Our team sends the payout and records the payment reference. You get an email and a notification.
Each payout has a statement listing every conversion in it, which you can print or save as a PDF from the Payouts page.
Payouts are made in USD. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are set by them.
Reversals after a payout
Advertisers have 30 days to reverse a conversion, and earnings only become payable after that, so most reversals happen before you are paid. If one happens after, you get a reversal postback as usual and the amount is taken off your next payout. It appears on that payout's statement as its own line.
What can delay a payout
- Missing payout details.
- Open fraud flags on your traffic, which our team reviews first.
- An account that is suspended or under review.
