Billing and reversals

How advertisers are invoiced for approved conversions, the 30-day reversal window, credits for conversions reversed after an invoice, and payment terms.

What is billed

Approved conversions on your offers, at the prices agreed for each offer and country. Clicks are never billed. Pending conversions are billed once you approve them; conversions you reverse are not billed at all.

Invoices

We invoice for a period, usually a calendar month. An invoice lists each offer with its number of approved conversions and the amount, and shows our company details and yours as they are when it is issued. Keep your billing details current under Settings.

Each invoice is numbered (for example INV-2026-0001), has a due date, and is emailed to your billing address when it is issued. All invoices are under Billing in your dashboard, where you can print them or save them as PDFs. Amounts are in USD.

The reversal window

You have 30 days from a conversion to reverse it, for a refund, a chargeback or a fraud finding. Send a postback with a reversed status for the same conversion; see the postback reference.

  • Reversed before it was invoiced: it is simply left off.
  • Reversed after it was invoiced: it appears as a credit on your next invoice, and is subtracted from that invoice's total.

Disputes about a conversion should be raised within 30 days of the conversion date. Conversions not disputed in that window are final.

Paying an invoice

Pay by the due date shown on the invoice, using the payment details on it or agreed with us. Once payment arrives we mark the invoice paid and you get a notification. Questions about an invoice: reply to the invoice email.
