An offerwall for websites and rewards sites
If your site pays users in points, coins or cash for completing tasks, the offerwall is your inventory. Pull offers from our API, show them in your pages, and credit points when our signed postback arrives.
Which kind of offerwall this is
"Offerwall" means two different things on the web. Google uses the word for a message that asks visitors to watch an ad or pay before reading an article. This page is about the other kind: a list of tasks, such as installs, sign-ups and trials, that your users complete for a reward on your site.
Who it suits
- Rewards and get-paid-to (GPT) sites, where completing offers is the main thing users do.
- Browser games and communities with their own currency, where offers are a way to earn it without paying.
- Loyalty and cashback sites that want another way for members to earn.
Building the wall
Your server calls the offers API with the visitor's country and platform. On the web, ask for platform=website for desktop visitors, and ios or android for phones if you want to show app offers to mobile visitors. Render the list in your own templates and link each offer to its click URL with the member's ID in it.
Cache the list per country and platform for a few minutes. Offers change during the day, and the click link checks each one again when it is opened, so a cached list never sends a member to an offer that has closed.
Crediting points safely
Rewards sites are where people try hardest to fake completions. Two rules cover most of it:
- Credit only on our postback, never when a member clicks or returns to your site.
- Check the signature on every postback, and store the conversion ID so a retry never pays twice.
When an advertiser reverses a conversion, you get a reversal postback for the same ID. Many sites keep new earnings pending for a few days before members can cash out, so a reversal can be taken back before the money has left.
Setting your reward rate
Each offer comes with your payout in USD and a suggested reward in points. Most sites convert the payout into their own currency at a fixed rate and keep a margin. Show the reward clearly and the task in plain words; members who know exactly what to do finish more offers and file fewer support tickets.
What we check, and what you should
On our side, clicks are checked against datacenter, VPN and Tor address lists, and we flag cases like many member IDs clicking the same offer from one IP or conversions that arrive seconds after the click. Our team reviews those flags with the advertiser.
On your side, you know your members better than we do: limit accounts per person, watch for cash-out patterns, and pass a stable member ID so one person always maps to one ID.
Applying
Apply with your site, your audience and where your traffic comes from. A person reviews every application, usually within two business days. Payouts start at $50; see how payouts work.
Questions
What is a GPT site?
A get-paid-to site rewards members with points or cash for completing tasks such as offers, sign-ups or surveys. The site earns from advertisers and passes part of it to the member.
How do rewards sites make money?
Advertisers pay for completed actions. The site earns the publisher payout for each confirmed conversion and gives part of it to the member as a reward.
Can I use an offerwall on a website?
Yes. Offers tagged for the web work in any browser, and app offers can be shown to visitors on phones. You build the page from the API and credit rewards from postbacks.
How do I stop members abusing the offerwall?
Credit only on signed postbacks, store conversion IDs so nothing is paid twice, keep new earnings pending for a few days before cash-out, and limit accounts per person.
