Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CashAdMedia (operated by CashAdMedia, “we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the CashAdMedia website and app, the publisher and advertiser portals, and offerwalls that publishers embed in their own apps and sites.
1.Who we are
CashAdMedia, Address to be confirmed, is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything privacy related, write to [email protected].
2.What we collect
Reward users. When you use an offerwall we receive an identifier assigned by the publisher whose app you are using, the offers you open and complete, your IP address, device type and country. We use these to credit your points, prevent fraud and show offers available where you are. We do not ask reward users for a name, email address or payment details inside the offerwall.
Publishers and advertisers. When you create a business account we collect your name, work email, password (stored hashed), company name, website, country, platform type and preferred contact details. We also keep records of clicks, conversions, postbacks, earnings and payouts tied to your account.
Automatically. Server logs with IP address, browser, pages visited and timestamps, kept for security and debugging.
3.Why we use it and our legal basis
- To run the service you asked for, including crediting points and paying publishers (contract).
- To detect duplicate, automated or fraudulent activity (legitimate interests and, where relevant, contract).
- To review publisher and advertiser applications (contract).
- To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To send service messages about your account. We do not send marketing email without consent.
4.Children
Offerwalls are shown inside apps run by publishers, and some of those apps are used by people under 18. We design the service so that reward users are not asked for personal information such as a name, email or address, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) beyond what is strictly needed to deliver a reward to the publisher's account. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it. Publishers whose apps are directed at children agree to obtain any parental consent required by law before showing an offerwall.
5.Who we share it with
- Advertisers and networks receive a click identifier so they can confirm that an offer was completed. They do not receive your name or email from us.
- Publishers receive conversion data for their own users so they can credit rewards.
- Service providers that host our servers, databases and email, under contracts that limit them to acting on our instructions.
- Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
We do not sell personal data.
6.International transfers
Our servers may be located outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7.How long we keep it
Click and conversion records are kept while the related account exists and for as long as needed for accounting and fraud review. Business account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure except where we must keep it by law. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are a reward user inside a publisher's app, contact that publisher first since they hold your account; we will help them respond.
9.Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. See the Cookie Policy for details.
10.Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
11.Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. For material changes affecting business accounts we will also email you.
