What you can buy

Any event your tracking can report: an install, a registration, a free trial, a first deposit, a purchase, a level reached. An offer can be a single event, or a series of steps that each pay separately, so you can pay a little for the install and more for the user who sticks around.

Offerwall traffic is incentivized: users complete your offer to earn something in the app they are using. That makes it a good fit for events with a clear finish line, and a poor fit if you need users who would have found you on their own.

Targeting and limits

  • Countries. Run everywhere or in a list of countries, with a different payout per country if you want one.
  • Platforms. iOS, Android, web, or any mix. App offers are only shown and clickable on their own platform.
  • Daily cap. Set how many conversions you buy per day. When the cap is reached, new clicks are turned away until midnight UTC and publishers sending you traffic are told.
  • Start and end dates. Offers go live and stop on their own.
  • Private offers. Show an offer only to the publishers you choose, or hide it from specific ones.

How billing works

Every click carries a click ID. You pass it back in your postback when the event happens. That postback is what creates a billable conversion: no postback, no charge. Prices come from the offer you agreed, never from the postback, so a typo on either side cannot change what you are billed.

You have 30 days to reverse a conversion, for a refund, a chargeback or a fraud finding. Send the same postback with a reversed status. If it was already on an invoice, it is credited on your next one. How confirmation and reversals work.

Traffic quality

Every publisher is reviewed by a person before they get offers. On top of that, clicks are checked against datacenter, VPN and Tor address lists; we look for many user accounts clicking from one IP, for conversions that arrive seconds after the click, and for publisher accounts that share sign-in addresses or payout accounts. Our team reviews those flags and acts on them. Your own checks still decide: anything that fails them can be reversed.

Getting started

  1. Apply with your company details and what you want to promote.
  2. We agree the offer with you: the events, payouts, countries, caps and dates.
  3. You add our click ID to your tracking and point your postback at the URL we give you. A test conversion confirms the setup.
  4. The offer goes live. You get an invoice for approved conversions, with reversals already taken off.

Questions

What is rewarded user acquisition?

Paying for users who complete an action in exchange for a reward inside another app or site, such as points or in-game currency. You define the action and pay only when it is completed.

Am I charged for clicks?

No. Clicks are free. You are billed for conversions your postback confirms, minus anything you reverse within the window.

How do I track conversions?

We add a click ID to your tracking link. Your server or attribution platform sends it back to our postback URL when the event happens, along with the event name and your transaction ID.

Can I limit how much I spend per day?

Yes. Set a daily conversion cap on the offer. Once it is reached, the offer stops taking new users until midnight UTC.

Can I run an offer only with certain publishers?

Yes. Private offers are visible only to the publishers you choose. You can also hide an offer from specific publishers.
